Please Join the Israel Committee Open House as we do a bit of learning about what's happening in Israel, what our committee does and events we host.  We will also hear from Elazar and Liran's story about baby Carmel.  Elazar Ben Lulu and Liran Layak, an Israeli gay couple will be telling their story (and of other Israelis) traveling abroad for surrogate adoption.  Frighteningly when their son Carmel was born, he needed a life saving heart operation and had to be flown immediately to Stanford Children's Hospital.  Afterward we will do some learning about Israel and hear about committee event ideas.
