In celebration of the holiday of Shavuot, we will nourish ourselves with a dairy meal,  placing the "honey and milk" of Torah literally under our tongues, while we study Megillat Ruth, our sacred text for Shavuot.   Our study will focus on issues of migration and otherness, as we explore the complex cultural dynamics at play in this ancient short story, so relevant to our national and global politics today.
